Verdejo

A particularly important variety of the 'Denominación de Origen Rueda castellana'. The 'verdejo' grape has emerged as the most surprising variety of white wine in Spain characterized by its greenish blue colour. The wines that it produces are aromatic and have marked herbal aromas (bay leaf and hay) and citrus fruits. In addition they are very juicy and contain glycerin.
