Syrha

Its origin is a spontaneous crossing between lower French and Italian alpine varieties. It has adapted very well to areas dominated by dry Mediterranean climate like Castilla-La-Mancha. To obtain quality wine the yield must be very low. It produces structured and good keeping wines which mature well in wood. These wines have aromas like black olives, tar, violets and smokiness.
